1.1 - Reservations (unless otherwise agreed) are accepted for periods of not less than 3 nights.
1.2 - To confirm the reservation is required to pay by bank transfer or credit card (with credit within 5 days from the date of booking request) a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount of the rent.
1.3 - In case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned back (at the discretion of LIVENZARESORTS, however, may be considered valid for a subsequent booking).
1.4 - Any delays with respect to the expected arrival date must always be communicated; otherwise, after h. 12:00 of the following day the arrival one, the Client will be considered renounced and LIVENZARESORTS will be able to fully dispose of the booked apartment.
1.5 - For no reason are refunds for early departures.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
2.1 - Check-in is between h. 15:00 and h. 19:30, check-out within h. 09:00.
2.2 - The day of arrival for collecting the apartment keys, the person indicated in the Contract of Renting must appear at our office of Corso del Sole 146, with a valid identity document (identity card or passport), register and pay the balance (accepted: cash, debit card or VISA / MASTERCARD credit card).
2.3 - Any damage or missing items in the apartment's equipment must be communicated within h. 12:00 of the day after arrival; if found by LIVENZARESORTS after this deadline, the Customer can be held liable and therefore required to pay the relative costs.
2.4 - At the discretion of LIVENZARESORTS a deposit of Euro 100.00 may be requested upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure, after checking the condition of the apartment. In case of departures outside the opening hours of our offices, the deposit will be returned in a way to be agreed with the customer.
2.5 - The apartment must be left clean and tidy in all its parts (including kitchen and tableware); otherwise the cost sustained for cleaning will be charged to the Client.
2.6 - On leaving day, the keys of the apartment must be returned to the office or, in the case of departures outside opening hours, according to the agreements made with LIVENZARESORTS.
3.1 - The apartments are equipped with hot/cold water, electricity (220 v), refrigerator, gas-powered kitchen, crockery, a blanket and a pillow per bed. The supply of gas takes place by a cylinder which when it's exausted is sufficient inform LIVENZARESORTS that promptly contact the company authorized to replace it. The Client must wait for the technicians in the apartment in order to allow them to enter. This service is performed every day with the following schedule: morning h. 09:30/13:00 afternoon h. 16:00/19:00.
3.2 - Each apartment has a parking place; the car will only be parked in the assigned parking lot, in accordance with the agreements with LIVENZARESORTS. The parking places have been designed to park cars of normal size (max. 5.00m long x 1.90m wide x 2.10m high) and therefore the possibility of parking is not guaranteed for vehicles of particular dimensions and heights.
3.3 - Pets (up to a maximum of 2 per apartment/villa) are allowed only in the resorts indicated in our catalogs, websites, apps.
3.4 - In resorts with a swimming pool, times and rules set forth for their use, must be respected.
3.5 - The authorized personnel of LIVENZARESORTS can enter the rented apartment to carry out any repairs, maintenance and checks even in the absence of the Client. In the event of serious non-compliance by the Client, the immediate release of the premises may be requested, making use, if necessary, of the public force as well as requesting compensation for any damage.
3.6 - In special cases, including booking errors and for non-predictable reasons, LIVENZARESORTS reserves the right to replace the booked apartment with another one having similar or superior characteristics, without additional costs for the Client. The request for a particular apartment (number, floor, view, etc.) is taken into consideration but not guaranteed and therefore in no case can it be considered decisive contractually.
3.7 - The rent does not include taxes/municipal taxes possibly due by the Client.
3.8 - In the event of legal disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction is the one in Venice.
3.9 - Pictures of the resorts and apartments present on our catalogs, websites and apps are indicative because they are shot in time and in the best situations for the result of the image. Each apartment has its own characteristics and therefore may deviate slightly from the images and the reproduced plants. All the data in the catalogs, on the internet sites and in the apps have been checked, nevertheless they can contain possible misprints and/or various errors.
3.10 - These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the Rent Agreement and are therefore expressly accepted at the time of booking.
